1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Your account
You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and handmade or lace details may vary slightly from piece to piece. Please refer to our size guide before ordering. All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include card payments through a secure third-party payment gateway, mobile wallets and cash on delivery. We do not store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we’ll contact you before dispatching your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver within Egypt. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays can occur due to courier schedules, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as our courier will contact you before delivery. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
7. Bridal and made-to-order pieces
Some bridal and made-to-order pieces require a deposit and a production period, which will be confirmed with you before we begin. You’re responsible for providing accurate measurements and design choices. Once production has started, these orders can’t be cancelled or returned except where the item is faulty or doesn’t match what was agreed.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards
Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, can’t be exchanged for cash, and usually can’t be combined unless we say so. Gift cards are valid for the period stated on them and can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash. We may withdraw any promotion at any time.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including the Fémini name and logo, product photography, designs, text and graphics — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to place orders for resale without our agreement.
12. Reviews and content you share
If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it’s your own and genuine, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with Fémini. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under Egyptian law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Third-party links and services
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment providers and couriers. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website when you place your order will apply to that order.
